The Duchess of Sussex has recently been spotted with some new bling on her ring finger. And it’s not her wedding ring. It’s called and “eternity” ring. Say, what?
Many people noticed the ring during her first post-baby outing last Saturday at the Trooping of the Colour parade, where she was photographed simply glowing and elegant alongside Prince Harry just one month after having baby Archie.

Royal sources have confirmed the new band is an anniversary gift from Prince Harry (the couple celebrated their first year together May 19). It joins her wedding and engagement rings as the new desirable accessory trifecta.

According to Kathryn Money, a VP at ethically sourced fine jeweler Brilliant Earth, told Fox News that this new ring appears to be a white gold or platinum eternity band set with pavé diamonds:
“Eternity diamond rings frequently represent a milestone such as an anniversary or the birth of a child. Brides have increasingly been seen stacking multiple wedding bands on their ring finger, including delicate minimalist bands or nested rings that embrace the center gemstone, creating a unique statement.”
This eternity-ring-as-anniversary-gift is nothing new amongst the royal family. It’s believed Prince William gave Kate one following the birth of their first child, Prince George.
