“Dogs,” the touching and heartbreaking documentary series from Netflix, is looking for more puppy stories to tell on their second season. Producers of the show announced that they’ll be using social media as a way to gain more access to people’s relationships with their dogs.
According to a report from CNN, interested people will be able to submit stories about their dogs through Twitter and Instagram at @netflixdogs while using the hashtag #NetflixDogStory. The release date for season two is not yet known, but people presume that production is starting soon.
“We are so excited that our pack is back for Season 2 of ‘Dogs’! From the beginning we have said that the joy shown in ‘Dogs’ helps bring people together and that same feeling will translate more than ever in season 2,” said the show’s executive producers, Glen Zipper and Amy Berg.
“Dogs” is a documentary series that explores the real and incredible bonds that exist between dogs and their owners, tackling different topics and featuring stories from all over the world. The first season debuted on December 2018 and it consisted of six hour-long episodes which were well received by critics and audiences alike. We can expect more of the same for season two.
