David Hodes is a cannabis business and lifestyle journalist based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He is the former editor of seven different business magazines, and has contributed feature articles to several general business/lifestyle publications as well as 11 national cannabis publications including Sensi, Dope, Leafly, Cannabis Science and Technology, Cannabis Business Executive and others. He was named the 2018 Journalist of the Year by Americans for Safe Access, the largest medical cannabis advocacy organization in the world, and has moderated and/or presented sessions at six national and international cannabis business conferences. Hodes is member of the National Press Club, and deputy booking agent for the National Press Club Headliners Committee.
