For over 18 years, Stacy Dreyfus has worked in the hotel and hospitality industry in New York City and Chicago. Her former companies include Le Parker Meridien, Ian Schrager Hotels and Hotel Gansevoort. While working for Ian Schrager, she was dedicated to the opening of the stylish Hudson Hotel, and subsequently launched the New York Global Sales Office for Ian Schrager Hotels. Stacy then held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan. Currently, Stacy is in her 12th successful year of her boutique sales, marketing & partnership agency, Orchid Worldwide. Her company has offices in New York City, San Francisco & Chicago.    Orchid Worldwide, along with divisions orchid eats, orchid resorts & orchid connects (orchid shops coming Fall 2017) services our clients by providing specific & “untraditional” public relations and sales strategies by creating awareness and building specialized partnerships to increase visibility.  We mix our key clients while creatively blending them with exquisite lifestyle brands & influencers. Orchid’s true measure of success is to ultimately produce buzz and show higher return in revenue for our clients. Her inspiration and the seeds for her success took root at Clemson University as a Travel & Tourism major (Go Tigers!) and now Stacy has cultivated her love of travel and people into a career that continues to grow. In addition to her CEO, Founder post at Orchid Resorts & Escapes, Dreyfus is a travel correspondent for Jet Set Extra (Los Angeles). Stacy has also been contributing writer for TCW (Today's Chicago Woman) & Turks & Caicos Magazine. She is currently on the editorial board of hotelexecutive.com.
