Terran Cooper

Terran Cooper graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a minor in Creative Writing from The Ohio State University before receiving a Certificate Degree in Hemp Genetics and Breeding from Cornell University. Since graduating, he has become a leading expert on cannabis laws and markets having spearheaded numerous cannabis license applications across the East Coast. Terran has developed comprehensive regulatory outlines, packaging matrices, brand and business plans, and intellectual property protection for companies ranging from legacy start-ups to multi-state operators. Terran now serves as a Regulatory Consultant at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP where he works to inform the rollout of New York’s upcoming adult-use market.
