Tom Gaffey began his writing career as the editor-in-chief of the University Connecticut’s Daily Campus, where he also majored in journalism and film studies. He lived in Hawaii for 12 years, where he focused on both hospitality and nature writing. Currently, Gaffey resides in Washington D.C. and is a full-time freelance writer, as well as a fiction novelist.
