It’s unclear what Khaled’s role in the film will be, though he appears with actress and Pitch Perfect 2 director Elizabeth Banks in multiple social media posts. PP3 director Trish Sie also shows up more than a few times in Khaled’s posts.

It seems like Khaled’s son Asahd, an executive producer on Khaled’s upcoming album Grateful, will also have a small role in the movie, according to Asahd’s official Instagram and Khaled’s Snapchats.

Anna Kendrick and Hailee Steinfeld will return to lead the ensemble cast in another installment regarding the adventures of the Barden Bellas. Banks, Rebel Wilson, Ruby Rose, Brittany Snow, and Anna Camp will reprise their roles in addition to the rest of the cast.

In iconic Dj Khaled fashion, he accidentally referred to the movie in multiple Snapchats as “Picture Perfect 3.” He later apologized for the mistake, saying he was just so excited about the movie, causing his fingers to move too fast.
