Dennis Meehan, owner of Summit Medical Marijuana, told WCSH6 that he was inspired by a similar program at a dispensary in Colorado. According the news outlet, Meehan said: “Something that caregivers do all across Maine that very few people know about is that they make huge sacrifices every week to help others live a better quality of life.”

Meehan goes on to talk about the profound impact medical marijuana can have on those who need it. “There’s a whole world of science out there.
