Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may go the extra mile to escape the royal shadow of their in-laws, Prince William and Kate Middleton. A royal correspondent says the couple is thinking about moving the U.S. with their newborn son, Archie.
Royal insiders have recently stated that the Harry and Meghan were planning to move to Africa following the birth of their baby, but that doesn’t seem to be happening.
Speaking on his iHeart Radio show, columnist and royal commentator Rob Shuter said that Meghan is leaving Britain with her prince and baby. “Meghan Markle refuses to move to Africa, she wants to come to the USA.

“Meghan knows if she stays in Britain, this will always mean living in their shadow. Meghan is not the type of girl who is happy coming in second place.”
Shuter said Meghan shelved the idea of an Africa move after her baby shower in Febrary sparked a huge deal of public interest in the states.

“After her baby shower in New York, Meghan knows she and Harry could do this, and if they did do this, they would become the unofficial king and queen of America.”
The couple would be joining other ex-pat royals in the U.S.. As The Daily Express points out, Lord Frederick Windsor, a first cousin once removed of the Queen and brother of recently married Gabriella Windsor, works as a financial analyst in Los Angeles. Their first child was born at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center nearly six years ago.
