No Regrets: 5 Ways To Embrace Your Holiday Weight Gain

If you hate being surrounded by cakes, cookies, candy canes, cocktails and any other sugar-laden indulgences, you may not be a huge fan of of another “c” word: Christmas. It’s a time for joy and merriment, but it’s also a time when sweets seem to be shoved in your face whether you like it or not. Buzz60 has some ways to embrace the inevitable holiday weight gain. Here are 5 easy rules to enforce this season.

Forgive the gluttony

Take advantage of ‘limited edition’ foods

Prepare your wardrobe

Instead of buying stretchy pants and another pair of comfy “joggers,” buy a dress in a larger size. You’ll feel better about your body (hell, you may even be able to fill out that dress more easily!) instead of feeling like a total lump of lard.

Skip the salad
