In an effort to appeal to a younger demographic and to get in touch with what the cool kids are into, Diet Coke is switching up its looks and releasing a sleeker and cooler-looking can.
The cans look pretty fit right? They’re taller and less bulky, with a more minimal design that’s still easy to recognize as part of the Coca-Cola Company. With the launch of the new cans, the company also released four new flavors: Ginger Lime, Feisty Cherry, Zesty Blood Orange, and Twisted Mango.
“We’re modernizing what has made Diet Coke so special for a new generation. Millennials are now thirstier than ever for adventures and new experiences, and we want to be right by their side.”
It’s weird to read about millennials without the context of them ruining the world.
While this change may seem a little unnecessary, it’s a good idea for Coke to switch things up and try to engage with users who want to have healthier options, especially considering all the competition that exists nowadays with carbonated and low calorie drinks.

But, don’t fret. The original Diet Coke flavor will still be available for purchase.
