Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Have A Comic Book Now

Have we taken our obsession with the royals too far this time? Is a movie and a televised event of the wedding not enough for our eager brains? Apparently not, since TidalWave Productions decided to create not one, but three comic books illustrating Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s fairy-tale romance.

The three editions of the story are a traditional comic book with 26 pages, a hard-back, 40-page graphic novel version and a wedding edition with a special cover by Joey Mason. The books are written by Michael Frizzell, with art by Pablo Martinena, Joe Phillips and Justin Currie, telling the story of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and how they met and fell in love despite the ever present paparazzi.

Darren G. Davis, publisher of the books, says that “Fans of the royal couple will love this issue for portraying Harry and Meghan as two well-rounded and grounded individuals,” and that the story also has “enough pomp and spectacle to match the excitement surrounding the event.” Davis believes that the excitement surrounding the royal wedding is due to the current state of our world, and that this bit of positive news feel “larger than life.”

TidalWave books has already explored royal topics before, publishing Royals: Prince William and Kate Middleton, Tribute: Princess Diana, and Female Force: Queen of England. That last comic book sounds like it could belong in the Marvel Universe.

You can purchase these issues on print on Amazon or download them into your devices through iTunes, Nook, ComiXology, and more.
