Palace Releases Statement Regarding Harry & Meghan’s Baby

The Royal Palace released a statement regarding Harry and Meghan’s baby. Despite rumors that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have already welcomed their first child, Buckingham Palace denies that a new royal baby has entered the world.

Yesterday, a palace representative confirmed to E! News that “The baby hasn’t been born yet.”

But the internet isn’t really buying it.

While officials have stated that they would release an announcement as soon as Meghan went into labor, there have been some signs that have caused the internet to give a collective side-eye to reports that the baby has yet to be born.

We already know that Harry and Megs plan to keep the arrival of their baby a secret until they’re ready to announce it themselves. There will be no photographs taken outside of the hospital. Instead, the couple will release a photo when they feel ready for the world to gasp at the sight of their child.

Also, both Prince Charles and Harry have scheduled tour dates for next week, leaving some to speculate that Meghan will certainly give birth by then (if she hasn’t already).

Meghan also missed Easter service Sunday, which was also the Queen’s birthday AND the day her mom, Doria Ragland, arrived to be by her daughter’s side.

Of course, the internet may be completely wrong about their suspicions. But let’s not forget that they were correct in guessing that Meghan was pregnant before it was announced.
