Twenty years ago this week, the Harry Potter series of books was released. Author J.K. Rowling debuted Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, on June 26, 1997. And since then, Hogwarts and its young wizards have morphed into a life all their own, with a collection of box office smashes and an entire theme park.
