We spend over $62 BILLION a year to avoid aging…so we ask the question
The phrase is youth is wasted on the young. The global anti-aging market is estimated to be worth about $62+ billion dollars. And estimated to see a compound annual growth rate of nearly seven percent between 2023 and 2027. Everywhere you look, we glorify youth and beauty. And nothing says it like beautiful skin. Wrinkles are the nemesis of youth and the battle against them is hard fought. From vampire facials to the windex hack to sheep placenta facials. But is cannabis helpful with wrinkles?
We know tobacco adds to an “aged” experience. And cigarette smokers do it much, much more frequently. Cigarettes causes premature wrinkling, and gives you skin a grey, aged appearance. It can make your skin sag more and it can give your face a gaunt, hollow look. With lower weight people the cheeks are particularly noticeable with the droop. It also impacts collagen, the protein in your skin responsible for its elasticity. Smoking increasing an enzyme which breaks down collagen, reducing the skin’s elasticity and giving a more aged, sagging and wrinkled look.
With marijuana, it is more mixed and nuanced. People who smoke marijuana, do it much less than cigarettes.
Antixodiants are great ways to fight wrinkles and tamp down the harm our bodies free radicals due to the skin. Two of the most effective antioxidants found in cannabis are cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Both compounds work with the body’s endocannabinoid system(ECS), a network of receptors that protects against oxidation and other kinds of cell damage (among many other functions). By activating the endocannabinoid system, cannabis wrinkle creams help heighten the body’s natural defenses against free radicals.

Cannabis-infused topicals are the most obvious method. Products include everything from serums and eye masks to cleansing foams and body butters. A key benefit is you can apply them directly to the area you want to target (for example, your face). Read reviews before purchase to ensure the product is what it claims.
Marijuana smoke is also high in hydrocarbons which damage the production of collagen. So the effects are similar to smoking cigarettes.
You get caught in the moment and buy things to help – you use it for a bit, but later wonder if it is still good
Although most products have expiration dates, we take some more seriously than others. While we would have to be really hungry before eating something that’s past its printed expiration date, most people wouldn’t even think to check for a date when using some cannabis oil.
Like most things, cannabis products do have expiration dates, especially now that some states are legal and require more up to date labels and information. While the side effects of using these products won’t make you feel sick, it does mean that the cannabinoids in them won’t be as effective as they would be.
When properly stored, cannabis oils and topicals can last for long periods of time, even 12 months according to Remedy Review.
Cannabis Oil
The shelf life of different kinds of cannabis oils tend to be long, with experts claiming that most last from 1 to 2 years. Over time, the compound is expected to break down and become less effective, changing its smell and look. Cannabis oil that is expired is expected to smell and taste differently, developing a cloudy look that sets it apart from its traditional clear appearance.
In order to make the most of your oil and preserve it for as long as possible, it’s important to protect the bottle from extreme weather conditions, much like your average marijuana bag. Keep your oil in a cool and dry place, preventing extreme heat and humidity. You can also keep in in the fridge, which will thicken the oil but will preserve the medicinal benefits.
Topicals
You can expect creams, lotions and other products of the sort to have expiration dates clearly printed on them. These tend to last for more than a year since the cannabis oil in them is mixed with other chemicals and stabilizers that lead to a longer shelf life.
Still, in order to preserve their features you should store them in fresh and dry environments, keeping them away from really hot places, such as a inside the car during a sunny day, or near any lamps.
Have you ever been so high, you literally couldn’t move off the couch? Here are some tips to shake it off and get down to enjoying your buzz.
One of the things we love about marijuana is the fact that there are so many varieties to choose from. If you’re in a legal state, it’s like going to your favorite candy shop when you were a kid. Having the ability to choose from multiple strains means being in control of your high at a level no one could have imagined 30 or 40 years ago. Depending on how well you know your cannabis strains, that can be both a good and a bad thing.
If you have a good understanding of the strain you’ve purchased, you can prepare for whatever side effects they might bring. Munchies, cottonmouth, drowsiness — you name it. Without that insight, users could be in for a much different experience than they’ve planned for. For example, whether you’ve been toking since your teens, or you’ve just started recently as an adult, it’s likely you’ve experienced couch lock — when you’re so high, you can’t move — and it can feel impossible to break out of.
Here are some tips for dealing with this common consumption mistake.
Photo by Alex Moiseev via Unsplash
Fizzy Drinks
One of the oldest techniques in the book for breaking couch lock is simply enjoying your favorite soft drink. The more caffeinated and sugary, the better. Scientists have long claimed the glucose in soft drinks can increase insulin levels, leading to a burst in energy for your prefrontal cortex to eventually break out of couch lock.
Taking that into mind, before your next smoke sesh, it’d probably be a good idea to grab a bottle of Pepsi or Mountain Dew if you plan on doing anything after.
Don’t Sit in the Same Spot For Too Long
Depending on whether the setting allows it, getting brief spurts of exercise can do wonders in helping to eliminate couch lock. There’s no need to make a scene by bursting out into one-handed pushups or anything, but taking a quick walk for a glass of water or a fast trip outside to get some fresh-air can have a bigger impact than you might think. If it’s possible, smoking while on a quick walk could be the way to kill two birds with one stone.
Good Conversation
Zoning out is one of the inevitable byproducts of getting high, most of the time. Clearly, being stuck in the zone is one of the key ingredients leading to being stuck on the couch. That’s why socializing and having some dialogue with others is one of the key ways to escape the feeling of couch lock. That’s especially the case if you’re alone. Try calling someone up on the phone or FaceTiming to help get the energy to jump off the couch.

Try Some CBD
Last but not least, one of the least likely methods you would assume is actually quite the help for defeating couch lock — more weed! Just a different type. One little known fact about CBD is that it can help offset the impact THC has on the mind and body. CBD possesses the ability to block CB1 receptors in the brain providing it with the potential to fight against the psychoactive effects of THC. This plays into why consuming CBD oil or flower can provide users with the sensation of “coming down” if they’ve been consuming high levels of THC.
So, the next time you’re glued to the couch following a smoking session just crack open your favorite can of soda and go for a walk around the block with your CBD pen handy. Maybe call up a relative or friend, too! Before long, you’ll forget all about how glued to the couch you were.
Shoppers need to be extra careful when stumbling upon products that seem too good to be true. Here’s how to spot the fakes.
Wellness is one of the trendiest terms these days, right up there with “self-care.” Aside from being an indication that people are taking their mental and physical health more seriously, it’s also a red flag that some businesses are going to try and make money off of it, even if it means ripping off consumers.
With all profitable business ventures there’s plenty of room for scams, like magical jade eggs for your vagina or healing cuddle sessions with cows. These scams are easy to spot but there are hundreds of products out there that take advantage of people and lie about their contents and supposed benefits. Here are a few tips that can help you spot the difference between a legitimate product and a bogus one.
Purchase CBD from a reliable source or certified dispensary
CBD’s rise in popularity is awesome because it gives cannabis some credibility, but it has also opened the door for people who want to make money and know how to take advantage of the lack of scientific information that surrounds the compound. By advertising vague benefits like “mental clarity” and claiming that CBD is a general balm for all things bad, questionable brands and products can profit from people who don’t know any better. To avoid this, go to your nearest dispensary and ask around for products that will fulfill your needs. Do your research online and purchase certified products, ensuring that what you’re getting is something that will truly do something positive for your body.
If you’re shopping online, don’t trust the five star rating. Instead, take a look through the reviews and keep an eye out for fake ones. If you notice that a lot of positive reviews were published on the same date, or that there’s weird photos attached and poor spelling and grammar, odds are that the review is fake. You can also use online tools like Fakespot, which give you a score regarding the likelihood of fake reviews.
Make sure the seller is legitimate
Again, these problems can be avoided by doing a simple Google search of the brand, ensuring that the product is a part of a legitimate business and that it’s not some weird concoction that someone put together in their basement.
If the label of the product claims that it’s a balm that provides “mental stability” and “emotional cleansing,” it’s safe to assume that you’ll be disappointed. A super low price when compared to competitors is also unrealistic, because it means that the product probably hasn’t been tested and certified. As a rule of thumb: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Know the red flags
Unusually low prices, lack of certifications, grandiose statements and a sketchy seller are all indicators that the product you are looking at is not what you expect. While these steps are helpful in all areas of shopping, they are particularly important when it comes to wellness and CBD products, because these are ingested or applied directly on you. It’s important to know what you’re putting in your body.
Researchers have come a long way in understanding THC and CBD’s effects on other MS symptoms besides tremors, such as pain and sleeplessness.
More than two million people worldwide currently have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In the U.S. alone, an estimated 1 million people live with the neurological disease. Often misunderstood, MS affects the body in myriad ways, starting with the sclerotic nerves. Many who experience the debilitating effects of MS struggle with pain, loss of motion and dramatic lifestyle changes that can affect life-long happiness. What about treating multiple sclerosis with marijuana?
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is open to cannabis as an option. They state although there are no cannabis-based FDA-approved medications to treat MS or its symptoms, some clinical trials have shown that non-smoked CBD/THC modestly improves reported spasticity and pain in people with MS.
Individuals with MS also experience muscle stiffness (commonly called spasticity),a condition that the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America calls quite common among those that have the disease.
“Spasticity is a common symptom in MS. It is a tightness or stiffness of the muscles – occurring typically in the legs (calf or thigh), groin, and buttocks. Although less common, some individuals may experience spasticity in their back. These are all muscles that help people to stand and balance in an upright position.”
While muscle stiffness affects an estimated 90% of MS patients, a study of medical marijuana has shed light on how cannabinoids in weed may alleviate spasticity. Given a single marijuana cigarette, the double-blind study found that participants with MS believed their symptoms had improved.
In a 2000 study, researchers worked with a 30-year old man with MS to find how his tremors were affected with the use of 5 milligrams of THC. Interestingly, when doctors compared the man’s handwriting and head movement before and after taking marijuana, his lines appeared cleaner without an obvious tremor.
While the study was decades ago, researchers have come a long way in understanding THC and CBD’s effects on other MS symptoms, such as pain and sleeplessness. In fact, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports more research on the potential benefits and drawbacks of using the drug to treat MS and research is finally catching up to the demand.
Presented in May 2019 at the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting, research showed that the benefits of CBD and THC with, “long-term-effectiveness” in an Italian study. Researched documented, “After one month, 1502 (81.4%) of 1845 patients achieved ≥20% improvement in numerical rating scale for spasticity and 814 (40.2%) achieved ≥30% improvement.”
As with any substance, doctors advise speaking with your care team about adding THC or CBD to medicines already in the pill box, but there’s promising studies on the horizon and this may only be the beginning.
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports the removal of barriers for long-term safety and efficacy research of medical cannabis and derived compounds for the symptoms of MS and eventual creation of evidence-based guidelines in MS care.
While the marijuana plant is typically green, different chemicals in them can make it look purple, yellow, or even red.
Once you start consuming marijuana, you start to learn that it’s a complex plant, with a lot going on in it. Experienced cannabis users know what they like and know how to get different results with the plant depending on factors like strain, terpenes and simply knowing what goes on in their bodies.
While marijuana is primarily green, there are many different shades ranging from lime colored buds to bright purple ones. Where do these come from and why is there so much variability? Plants have thousands of compounds that affect their shape and color. Temperature, time of harvest and other factors are big influences on the plant’s color.
Most plants are green due to chlorophyll, the main compound responsible for absorbing sunlight and completing the photosynthesis process. The cannabis plant falls under this spectrum. Strains that have dark shades, such as purple, red, blues and pinks are generally high in anthocyanins, a compound that appears once the plant matures. These types of plants are more likely to have stronger smells and are also very eye catching, which is why they’re so popular, particularly the purple ones.
Colors like orange and yellow are produced by carotenoids, which are present in vegetables like squash, sweet potatoes and pumpkins. These chemicals tend to appear in plants that grew in alkaline soils.
While the colors in marijuana make for more attractive plants on a visual level, perhaps influencing the way in which they smell or feel, the drug’s effects aren’t generally altered.
When consumed, these different colors may give your body some of the perks (like vitamins) that these chemicals are known for, maybe even increasing cannabis’s entourage effect.
While marijuana is typically advised against before surgery, many doctors and surgeons are speaking out about its effects for after-care.
Breast implants are still a booming business. As one of the most popular surgeries, over 300,000+ women go under the knife annually. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Americans spent more than $16.5 billion on cosmetic surgery in 2018. In Canada and the US over 300,000 woman have the procedure each year. So what about breast implants and marijuana?
With many instances of news covering breast implant illness, where individuals who have received breast implants describe symptoms like chest pain, fatigue, hair loss, and chronic pain, more patients are asking about the risks associated with getting implants or having them removed. And, with medical marijuana and CBD available in more states each year, considerations should be made when combining marijuana and the addition of implants or their removal.
Marijuana and Implant Surgery
Whether patients are undergoing surgery for a reduction or receiving implants, many doctors spoke to us about the importance of a candid conversation about marijuana use. Dr. Nathan Castillo, who practices out of Atlanta, GA, shared that patients should, “refrain from smoking marijuana for at least 4-6 weeks before surgery.” Studies have found a link between marijuana use before surgery and a risk of vasodilation during surgery, the latter of which occurs when blood pressure falls due to blood vessels relaxing.
Additionally, a 2018 study published in the journal Heliyon, found that consuming marijuana before surgery could complicate outcomes during and after the procedure. The study found that marijuana’s effects were most prevalent one hour after the start of the surgery and lasted anywhere from 2-4 hours. With an increase in both airway obstruction and anesthetic doses administered, the study found patients who consumed marijuana before surgery carried more risks than patients who abstained. However, while marijuana is typically advised against before surgery, many doctors and surgeons are speaking out about its effects for after-care.

Cannabis’s role in follow-up care
Dr. Jonathan Kaplan specializes in plastic surgery and believes cannabis has an important role in the healing the body after a major medical procedure. He recently wrote marijuana not only offers an alternative to highly-addictive opioids and narcotics but decreasing pain after surgery while increasing a patient’s appetite which allows for more successful healing. He offered a comparison to marijuana’s effects before or after surgery to give insight to how marijuana operates inside the body—far differently than nicotine.
“Nicotine before or after surgery can constrict blood vessels and adversely affect wound healing. Marijuana, on the other hand, does not contain nicotine. Additionally, the risk of lung cancer seen with tobacco products doesn’t translate to marijuana either.”
Dr. Kaplan isn’t alone in his findings. In fact, Dr. Vincent Maida at the University of Toronto authored a study that used cannabis-based medicines in a recent palliative care study. With a 90% success rate, healing wounds 27 out of 30 patients, he found that marijuana opened the door for the body to heal more quickly and successfully. Kaplan explained, “Topical medical cannabis has the potential to improve pain management in patients suffering from wounds of all classes,” offering possibility for cannabis to treat wounds from breast surgery or reduction in the upcoming years.
Whether patients are researching implants or their removal, studies and opinions seem to dictate that marijuana may heighten the body’s healing process after surgery.
The legalization and regulation of marijuana use paved the way for the weed manufacturing industry to become one of the fastest-growing businesses in the last few years.
Scruffy hippies getting high in a disorganized underground economy — this was how the weed manufacturing industry was painted in the (not too distant) past. But today, the new marijuana manufacturing business is growing, and it’s nothing like you’ve ever imagined. So, want to stump your friends who consume, here is a little marijuana manufacturing trivia!
What Is Weed Manufacturing?
Weed manufacturing refers to the process of yielding, reproducing, deriving or preparing, manufactured weed products. This process of weed manufacturing can be done either indirectly or directly, using extraction techniques, chemical synthesis, or a combination of both. The industry continues to grow rapidly as more consumers are beginning to understand the benefits of taking weed products in health and fitness, medicine, and even beauty.
Photo by Photo by Elsa Olofsson via Unsplash
Subsequently, as the demand for various marijuana products increases, more investors are showing interest in starting a cannabis-related business. The entire weed industry is flourishing, and as this sector continues to develop at a fast pace, there is lots of money to be made. If you’re thinking of going into a large-scale operation, there are many marijuana processing equipment available that can help you kick-start your business.
But be prepared. Starting a weed business is not easy, as there are laws and regulations that you have to consider first depending on the state or country you’ll be operating from. So, you might want to plan this carefully. It’s also best to consult with lawyers and check with regulating bodies first to make sure your business will be compliant with the laws in place.
For recreational use, marijuana is currently legal in 15 states. But for medical use, it’s legal in 35 states, and these numbers are expected to grow in the coming years. Traditionally, hash, flower, and handmade edibles were the only cannabis goods available to consumers in the underground market. In today’s legal market, weed products are available in more forms like oils, concentrates, cannabis-infused drinks and foods, and products containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) like dry powder inhalers, and transdermal patches. It’s no wonder why there’s a sudden increase in the number of weed manufacturing companies regardless of strict state regulations.
But aside from the facts cited above, there are more interesting things about the weed manufacturing industry:
Its Sales Growth Is Rapidly Increasing
Since the changes in government laws, with more states legalizing its use, the market for legal marijuana was projected to skyrocket. And true enough, according to Forbes, legal marijuana sales in the U.S. alone went up by 46% in 2020. This increase led to an all-time high of USD$17.5 billion, which means Americans are consuming more weed than ever.
Furthermore, several new cannabis firms are pursuing research and development, testing, and production. In Canada, many regions are anticipating the privatization of cannabis retail outlets. Many provinces that formerly picked a single supplier are now asking numerous vendors to submit their bids to meet the increase in demand.
In a recent market analysis report, the value of the worldwide legal marijuana market was appraised at USD$ 9.1 billion in 2020 and is anticipated to have a 26.7% increase in compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2021 to 2028. It can be said that the growing demand for legal marijuana is driven by the increasing number of states and countries legalizing the use of cannabis.
It Produces Innovative Products Too
With its legalization, marijuana users are eating their cannabis more than ever, rather than smoking it. Between January and August 2018, the market share of edibles in Oregon and Colorado increased to 24%, with sales for other edible products growing even faster. Cannabis-infused chocolates, for example, grew by 135% in Colorado during the same period.
Photo by Christina Winter via Unsplash
Aside from edibles, many other variations of cannabis products—such as topical oils applied to the skin and sublingual dosages that dissolve beneath the tongue—have gained traction since legalization, but they don’t account for the majority of sales in the market. Low-dose products for medical patients or smokers who prefer a softer high have also grown in popularity, with sales in Colorado increasing by 83% in 2017.
It Makes CBD More Accessible
Cannabidiol, or CBD for short, is a type of cannabinoid responsible for the majority of cannabis’ medicinal benefits. CBD may be separated and purified from THC, marijuana’s major psychoactive component, to create oils and tinctures for patients who want to benefit from the drug’s anti-inflammatory and relaxant effects without getting ‘the high.’ In areas where CBD is legal, these medicines are readily accessible and utilized as home treatments for anxiety, nausea, chronic pain, epilepsy, and even acne.
It Creates Employment Opportunities
The cannabis business is expanding so quickly that the number of employment opportunities in this industry has tripled since 2016. According to Marijuana Business Daily, the weed industry employs between 125,000 and 160,000 full-time workers. By 2022, it is anticipated to add another 340,000 full-time employments, representing an annual growth rate of 21%.
Weed manufacturers were able to hire a large number of people now that the demand for marijuana has increased tremendously. In 2020, cannabis firms have employed more than 200,000 full-time workers in various areas of the medicinal and recreational cannabis industries, including budtenders, machine operators, legal clerks, and more.
It Generates Tax Revenue
Marijuana sales in Colorado and Washington have been higher than in recent years, resulting in increased tax revenues. Colorado earned more than $302 million in medicinal and recreational marijuana taxes and fees in 2019 as a result of more than $1.7 billion in sales. According to a research by Arcview Market Research and BDS Analytics, sales in the United States reached $12.2 billion in 2019 and are expected to rise to $31.1 billion by 2024.
Backed up by local evidence, a recent analysis from Colorado State University Pueblo’s Institute of Cannabis Research found that a contribution of more than $80.8 million in the local economy can be attributed to the legal cannabis sector because of tax revenues. Furthermore, according to a study by New Frontier Data, an accredited cannabis analytics firm, state-legalized marijuana may produce an additional $105.6 billion in federal tax revenue by 2025.
Key Takeaway
The legalization and regulation of marijuana use paved the way for the weed manufacturing industry to become one of the fastest-growing businesses in the last few years. And as more countries begin to accept its true benefits beyond recreational use, the industry will only continue to grow and expand to reach more consumers with countless innovations.
Malaysia continues to have the harshest cannabis laws in the world, including death for convicted marijuana dealers.
Irony is lost on bureaucrats and sometimes fairness can be skewed. This is our followup on our article about Amiruddin Nadarajan Abdullah, 64, better known as Dr. Ganja or Dr.G. It doesn’t have the best ending, but it isn’t the worst. Can you imagine jail for using medical marijuana to save your life?
After suffering for years, Dr. G used medical marijuana to manage the pain and have a level of recovery. Malaysia, having some of the globe’s toughest laws, felt it was better for him to suffer without marijuana and, upon his feeling better, sentenced him to death.
Malaysian Princess Tengku Chanela Jamidah, campaigned and used connections to help save him. Descending from the Pahang royal family, this mother of 2 helmed major fashion and beauty brands, Thavia and Dida, before moving to the US to reinvent herself as a wellness guru and cannabis campaigner. She made international news championing Dr. G.
After being diagnosed with a painful spinal cord tumor that caused him to lose a kidney, Dr. Ganja, who struggled with chronic pain and chemo-related fatigue, decided to seek out alternative treatments that eventually led him to medical cannabis in the form of hemp seed oil. It worked wonders for him until he was arrested and charged for distributing chocolates and brownies made with hemp seed oil. Dr. Ganja is actually not an MD. He earned that nickname because of his habit of inviting people suffering from cancer and other ailments into his home and sharing his hemp oil medicine with them. Known as a gentle man with a love of poetry, he wanted to help fellow patients.
Dr. G, who served in the Malaysian army for 22 years, was arrested in 2017 and charged with 36 offenses under Malaysia’s Dangerous Drugs Act. His charges included a penalty of death, after medical marijuana saved his life.
International pressure was placed on the country. Following a United Nations decision recognize the medicinal properties of cannabis, progressive drug policy advocates hoped countries around the world would catch up with evolving attitudes towards the substance, as a multi-billion dollar global medical marijuana industry continues to expand. The Princess made a major social media push. People waited until finally a decision was made.
The good news is Dr. Ganja, escaped the gallows after the Malaysian High Court amended the 16 charges against him and instead sentenced him to 9 years in prison.
The judge ordered the sentences to run concurrently starting from the date of his arrest in May 2017, and for him to be released from prison, as he had already served a third of his sentence.
In the modern age where the American Medical Association and the United Nations both see medical marijuana as a health benefit, it is hard to see laws in countries like Malaysia.
What comes to mind when you think about the essential items consumers regularly rely on? Probably rolling papers or blunt wraps, or elaborate bongs and pipes. But like most things, items you already have are just as good. Here are some key household items for marijuana consumers.
While it’s not necessarily false to say consumers depend on those items, there are more everyday household goods that ease the lives of stoners than you probably think. There are several common household items that even most stoners never thought could come in handy.
Have you ever felt like you’ve been wandering around the desert aimlessly after smoking a joint because of how dry it made your throat feel? Any true stoner knows that cotton mouth (Is Cotton Mouth From Marijuana Use Actually Dangerous?) is a common byproduct of a smoke session gone right. That’s why regular pot smokers benefit from having an ice cold supply of water waiting for them in the refrigerator. Being dehydrated can create quite the buzzkill for you and a group of friends during a smoking session, and having access to ice cold, filtered water is the best way to avoid that.
Food storage containers or sandwich baggies
If this one caught you off guard, it’s likely that you aren’t alone. Even though you probably associated sandwich bags and plastic containers with school lunches or leftover spaghetti, they serve as great storage devices for your weed too! Depending on how much you’re willing to shell out, certain food storage containers can even trap the smell, too.
Another inconvenience plastic storage containers can solve is having a safe, secure place to place your goodies if you’re taking them to a friend’s house to enjoy. The struggle of having somewhere to store your stuff usually doesn’t manifest itself until it’s too late to do something about it, so it helps to always keep either sandwich bags or a small plastic storage container on hand.
Eye drops
Getting an unexpected visitor or having to make an emergency store run can feel awkward when you know your eyes are as red as a rose. The best way to avoid the embarrassment of being called out by non-stoners while still enjoying your buzz is to keep a batch of eye drops around at all times. Especially in today’s world of surprise Zoom hangouts and FaceTime calls, the importance of having a safeguard against having obnoxiously red eyes can’t be overstated. Want to know more? Here’s Why Smoking Weed Makes Your Eyes Red

Torch
We all know how easily lighters get lost, so why not make sure you always have a torch on hand as a backup? They’re cheap, reliable and often enough you can refill them with lighter fluid once they run out of juice. Taking that approach, you’ll never have to worry about needing a light again. Even better is the fact that you also probably won’t have to worry about friends pocketing them after the session.
Odor eliminating candles
This one is crucial for stoners who live in a shared space with others, or simply if you need the lingering smell of a smoke session to disappear. Odor eliminating candles can help restore the scent of your room to the point where you wouldn’t have ever guessed there was any smoking going on earlier.
So if you’re in an apartment, duplex, or if you have roommates who disapprove of the results of your weed smoking, then odor eliminating candles are a necessity. They can be crucial in helping to maintain an environment where your hobbies don’t interfere with anyone else’s living space.
Since the holidays are rapidly approaching, keep this list in mind if there’s a stoner in your life. You could have a chance to make this holiday season one to remember by gifting them a household good you know they’ll be able to put to good use!
